FAQs

Will Dermaplaning make the hair on my face grow back thicker and darker?

No. There are different types of hair that grow on the body, vellus hair and terminal hair. The soft, fine vellus hair (aka peach fuzz) on your face grows back at the same rate and texture.

My skin is very dry, is this a good facial for me?

Dermaplaning proves a safe and effective exfoliation, therefore it is great for those with dull, dry skin.

I have acne, can I get Dermaplaning?

Unfortunately, no. Dermaplaning is not a good option for those with active acneic breakouts.

How often can I get this done?

Dermaplaning can be done every 2 weeks, however it is recommended every 3-4 weeks.

What are the benefits of Dermaplaning?

Increased cell turnover, removes vellus hair (peach fuzz), reduces the appearance of pigmentation, removes dry, dull skin to reveal more vibrant, glowing skin, allows for more efficient product penetration, smoother makeup application, diminishes the appearance of fine lines, no downtime!
